MBS Strong, LLC was first started in August of 2018 by Sierra Scheffer in Missoula, MT. The vision she had was to be able to help people of all backgrounds to learn more about health and fitness, and how they can incorporate small changes into their lifestyle that overtime, helps them not only reach, but surpass the goals they had set.
MBS Strong is dedicated to growing confidence, strength, and knowledge to clients,and by supporting different programs and individual athletes pursuing their dreams and goals.

Sierra Scheffer
Business Owner
I have been in the world of sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. Three years ago I started training for a body building competition. I placed 1st at a local competition in 2016. I went on to compete at Emerald Cup in 2017 where I finished as the overall winner in Women's Physique. Currently I am involved in crossfit and weight lifting, and have focused more of my time into training my clients. I have two amazing kids, Karsyn & Kyleigh, and also work full time as an ophthalmic photographer at an eye clinic in Missoula, MT.
I decided to start online training for many reasons. My biggest reasoning behind it was to help people gain the confidence that the world of fitness has brought me. That confidence has trickled into so many different parts of my life. If I am able to help people make small steps to get to their own personal goals, my life is full and my soul is happy. That is kind how I came up with the name of my business MBS (MIND-BODY-SOUL ) Strong.
